Welcome to the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) Special Education Programs Division’s module An Administrator's Guide to Disciplinary Removals. This module is intended to increase administrators’ knowledge of their roles and responsibilities related to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) requirements for 1) the suspension and expulsion of students with disabilities and 2) conducting a manifestation determination review meeting.
