Welcome to the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) Special Education Programs Division’s module IDEA, Part B for School Administrators . This module is intended to provide school administrators an introduction to the requirements of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part B for ensuring students with disabilities are provided free appropriate public education (FAPE) in the least restrictive environment (LRE).
